As a photographer its my job to make the model feel desirable, sexy, angry, happy, and all of the above. It's the model's job to convey that emotion back to me, and its then my job to capture it.

I try to fall in love with each and every single subject that I shoot even if its only for a fraction of a second, and if I can get them to fall in love with me for that one moment, I can guarantee you it will be a great image. The difference between a good image and a great image is Love. How many times have you seen someone shoot a subject and you go "nice photograph" and then they shoot the next subject and you go WOW.
