In my youth, I was fascinated with cameras and started taking photographs with a Voigtlander SLR back in 1979: I began teaching myself photography, developing and printing both B&W and "Cibachrome" color images.
I'm passionate about the traditional photographic process, and prefers to work with fully manual, film -based cameras, hand print where possible, and use available light. I use 35mm Nikon, medium format Hasselblad, Large Format Toyo and Wista View Camera.
My work covers a wide variety of events: portraits, glamour, reportage, macro, still life, fine art nudes and large format Polaroid film. Unique fine art Polaroid image trasfer and emulsion lift. My published work has appeared in a number of magazines and art gallery.
