Hello, I am Kim. I am a wife, mother of 4 and grandmother of 2. I live in Evansville, IN. but I do travel to clients. I have been involved in the pageant/ cosmetics/beauty industry for over 25 years, starting out as a beauty pageant competitor back in the 80's and 90's. I retired from pageant competition in 1999, and since 1996, I have worked as a hair and makeup artist for pageants, weddings, cheer and dance squads, bikini contests, photo shoots or any event where you must look beautiful. I have also worked as a make up artist for Lancome and Estee Lauder Cosmetics as well as a make up artist/instructor at Asante's Modeling Agency in Evansville, IN. 1985-1988. I have judged pageants , I am also a "pageant mom" of a 17 year old girl who has competed in pageants since she was 4 years old and has won several state and national pageant titles, including 2012 USA National Miss Indiana Teen and I am the national director of World's Ultimate Beauties pageant. I absolutely LOVE doing hair and make up for other's. My favorite part is doing "makeovers", I love helping to boost the self esteem of girls and women by showing them how to best enhance their beauty. I have loved doing hair and makeup since I was about 12 years old. I go once a year to provide free "makeovers" to women at our local Battered Women's shelters. I feel like when they feel better about themselves, it helps to give them the strength they need to get out of the abusive relationship.
