My Testimony: I'm 35 years young mother of many... In my 35 years I've probably been through more than many would go through in a lifetime... At 28, my husband passed away & I had to fight in court for custody of his two children that I helped raise & considered my own... I started blaming God, even though deep down I knew God wasn't at fault... Even in my very low state God still kept me when I could have went crazy & lost my mind... My family, his family, and the church family still stood by me... Helping me financially, helping with the kids, or just still praying on my behalf... I was trying to still go to church, but my emotional state didn't help, causing me to stay away... I said I would never get married again, but still became lonely... Instead of letting God handle it, I began to look for love in the wrong people, not finding happiness... When I finally stopped doing the looking, God placed someone in my life... Still not back home where I belonged God was still looking out for me... Growing together we recently determined that we needed to be in Church and what we were currently doing was not producing nor was it where we knew God was calling us to be... Being back I have realized I was putting way too much faith in Man, not God... In the last few months, God has healed me of my hurts & healed my wounded heart... Helped give me a stronger bond with My kids... And last but not least, a Husband that's on fire for the things of God, a Mighty Man of Valor, who loves me no matter what my past as been... All Glory belongs to God!!!
