Hello All, my name is Tom Streit and My company is Southwest Media Services and I am a photographer and website designer / programmer that specializes in commercial print and advertising work.

I only offer paid assignments as a general rule but will do TFP on a selective basis. I limit my work to casual and commercial print work that can be viewed by all. I will shoot other venues on a case by case basis but do not do nude, implied or otherwise....no exceptions even if TFP.

I do not ask the models for any $$$ nor do I manage models. I select models based on the needs of the assignment and always require a meeting ahead of time so that the model knows who I am and I know who they are before the shoot, what to expect, can ask questions and be comfortable with the assignment at hand.

If any travel is involved all reasonable expenses will be paid in advance for the model only unless other arrangements are made ahead of time.

Models I fully understand safety (on both sides of the fence). You're welcome to bring someone with you anytime, however expenses for the other person are your responsibility and they cannot interfere with the shoot. If you are planning on bringing someone to the shoot I prefer you bring them to the pre-shoot meeting as well. No one likes surprises and believe me I have had my share. Message to all: I am not interested in dating or any other type of relationships or doing any type of social networking. If we become friends through the course of working together, that's a plus, but first and foremost, I have a wonderful wife, great family and a very demanding full time job in addition to the photography work I do. My time is very valuable as is your so please keep to the matter at hand...the assignment.

If I send you a message regarding an assignment, it means I am interested in using you for that assignment. I also send the same message to others so I can make a good selection for the assignment at hand. I do respectfully ask that you at least respond back with a yes I'm interested or no way jose'. I'll do my best to get back to you as quickly as possible but there are times when my client would like to review my selections so sometimes this take a little time.

There are occasions when I will not be the person doing the shoot. In those cases, I will bring that person with me to the pre-shoot meeting so that you know what to expect.

All rates and any travel expenses will be determined before the shoot and method of payment will be determined at the pre-shoot meeting. There is no payment for the pre-shoot meeting. It's an interview and you don't get paid to go on an interview (If you know of any places that do pay for interviews, please let me know, I want to go several times a week...lol).

All photos remain my property to use as specified, however I do allow the model to use the photos for their portfolio as long as I am given credit. Exceptions may apply if my clients wish to retain exclusive rights to the photos.
