Photography has been a passion of mine for much of my life but until two years ago I was not pursuing it seriously. It was around the same time that I was inspired to try model workshops. Ideas seemed to run wild in my head about themes, outfits, hair, looks... Though I have shot for weddings and events, I prefer the intimate setting of a model and photographer. I know Model Mayhem will bring more opportunities for me to express myself creatively and find models who are interested in doing the same. I would not want to do any photo shoot that would make a model feel uncomfortable and I believe I am very professional about my work. I would also be very disappointed if we both did not come away from a workshop excited about the results so it is important for me to have good ideas for the shoot (and not just do a shoot to do one). I love thinking creatively and hope my work will always show that!

One of my favorite quotes is by Kahlil Gibran, "I prefer to be a dreamer among the humblest, with visions to be realized, than lord among those without dreams and desires." I hope always to have dreams, and expanding my knowledge/experiences as a photographer is one of those. ~Chad Ramsey
