About Me
It's been more than two years (daughter Josephine is 3) since I did any black and white work; so nothing new here. I am feeling the draw to contribute again. This site is always inspiring.
I have been taking and developing black and white film / prints for more than 30 years. I'm not a professional photographer by trade, but I love the medium, especially in black and white in 35 mm and 120 formats. I love the styles of Edward Weston, W. Eugene Smith, Ruth Bernhard, Herb Ritts, and Robert Mapplethorpe.
I use vintage cameras and lighting; an old steel body Nikon F2, a Yashika 80 mm twin lens reflex and a Hasselblad 500 are my main tools. I want to update this portfolio, so I would be interested in a like minded model (m/f) with similar tastes and vision to create some great B & W art portraits, erotica, noir, glamour or your own theme if I get it.
