About Me
Life without art and love is but an empty shell bleached in the sun, salt, sea and sand
Since art encompasses both creativity and consciousness, it is key to my pursuit of these gifts given to me. Creativity, relationships, communication and altruism is at the essence of art and life.
I received my Bachelor of Arts degree in Art from UCSB and, as a recipient of The Phillip Francis Siff Memorial Award, The William Dole Memorial Award, Deans Honors along with winning photo contests. I am adamant to exercise my art and to continue my education in art.
I will begin Graduate Studies this coming Fall and this is my opportunity to expand my art and compose my work and research into a thesis paper to be published.
My interest in photography began when my older sister got her A1 Cannon back when I was only 8 years of age, and I have been participating in photo and print ever since.
If you have a project or want to build your portfolio please notify me, I will be happy to consider the opportunity and to deliver my digital art and photography skills for trade.
I will work with various models. I have a few original ideas and some improvements from prior shoots that I am working on. I am sure you will appreciate the shoots .
I ask that my models be positive, prepared and open to direction and of course have fun :-)
When I am working on a paid assignment I always compensate my models. On personal projects I share the images and the rights with the model and will do minor digital editing and touch ups as a courtesy.
