I have recently retired from a career in government, and my wife says that it is time to go out and find a hobby, as she cherishes our apart time as much or even more than our together time! Photography has always been a hobby, and I feel that I would really enjoy expanding my camera experience beyond landscapes, friends, and family. I will need lots of help in learning the trade, but I do learn rather rapidly and am very open to critiques of my work.
