To many of the people in the creative community, he has become almost a shadow lurking around exhibit openings, fashion shows, gigs, parties and even informal drunken get togethers happening across the Metro. He is the guy who either just sits around talking or aiming his camera at the 'intriguing' faces in the room. Surely more than once has he immortalized new and old faces on his Multiply site- catching those awkward moments of brilliance, candid spontaneity, laughter, weakness and dare say, history. Don't be fooled, his photos are far from 'perfect.' They are rather imbued with a strange tactile air that makes them even more appealing, if not plausible. Still, it is the faithful documentation of things that draws us in as if reminding us that time has indeed passed. The photographer's sight, after all says Roland Barthes, does not consist of 'seeing' but in being there.
