About Me
Jerry has been snapping photos since he was a child and later a professor of Computer Science before embarking his career in Multimedia Photojournalism. Jerry has traveled the world capturing landscapes but is now attempting to capture the emotions of people. He is new to photographing people but loves the dialog during the shoots. His current focus is on the classic Black and White style art photographs of the forties and fifties. Over the past two years he have been capturing "Americana" from across the United States (specifically along Route 66) for two documentaries titled "Forgotten Americana" and the "American Biker". Prior to this Jerry produced media for National Historic Sites providing the client with journalistic marketing tools and media for their shops and promotions. His goal, here at Model Mayhem, is to work with models, in a small town type of environment, photographing the models in a retro classic black and white style.
