Chrissy Richards

My name is Christina Amanda Richards, but in the modeling world, I'm Chrissy Richards! I was born on August 28, 1989 in Montego Bay, Jamaica. I moved to New York City at the age of 8. Two years later I moved to the city of Wilmington, Delaware. The ideal life for me consist of, Lights, Camera, Action.

My passion in life is modeling. I love to be in front of the camera. I feel like I can express myself freely when the photographer is capturing my graceful movements with the camera. Ever since I was young, I always dreamed of being a commercial/print model. My goal is to use hard work and dedication as vehicle to reach my full potential. During my modeling career, I want to experience different types of photo shoots and meet people of various cultures all around the world who share the same passion that I have for modeling. My dream is to travel around the world and see my face on billboards, magazines, and posters.

I made my modeling debut as a runway model for Katlego Apparel at The Urban Diva Affair Fashion Show. The style of the fashion show was similar to BET's Rip the Runway. I later appeared in a print advertising campaign for Katlego Apparel. My first professional photo shoot was taken by JayMan Photography.



During my experience as a model, I noticed that being a model is not an easy job. I will be the first one to admit that I have a lot to learn in this industry. My support team has kept me on my toes by making sure that I do the things necessary to continue my modeling career. I have learned that opportunities come and go, and they have to be taken advantage of when presented.

I truly believe that if given an opportunity, I will show the world my passion and desire to be a successful commercial/print model. I am willing to put in the necessary work to hone my skills as a professional model. I'm open to advice and constructive criticism from anybody that will give me the knowledge that is required to succeed in this business. I will take for granted no industry relationship or career making opportunity.
