QUANTUM FOAM: the theory that at 10^-68 seconds time falls back on itself causing all past, present and future events to exists simultaneously. These are looked at by scientists as "bleeps" in the space/time continuum are said to float about the galaxy, and will ultimately slow down the speed of a light year.
