自我介绍
I am looking to expand the style of my work. I would like to do some photo shoots that would add diversity to the photographs in my portfolio. I am very open minded and willing to do almost anything you could think of. If you have a wild idea, do not be afraid to present it to me, the crazier the better. I am non-judgmental and up for any idea that you can throw my way.
:::: WHEN I AM BEING PAID FOR A SHOOT most typically, the photographer gets ALL photos and ALL right to the photos, and I do not ask for any. I will often, if I particularly like some of the photos, offer a price cut as a favor to the photographer for being kind enough to **share** a photo or two with me (as in both photographer and I have equal rights to those select photos).
Also when I accept to work for paid for a shoot, I model for the project that the **photographer** wants accomplished. And I do so without much input, so long as it stays close to the concept that we agreed upon prior to working together.
For example (hypothetically):
If we agree that we are going to be shooting a fashion editorial with some long, flowing gowns but after I get there and you decide that it is time to break out a latex outfit and restraints, well at that point I reserve the right to say "no", or agree to do it for additional fees, because it was not the project I was hired to do.
:::::: WHEN I AM PAYING FOR THE PHOTOGRAPHER, it will be for a project that I have chosen. Your rights to the images as the photographer will be limited to use for self promotion / portfolio work, and you may sell or otherwise profit from the any of the images when you provide me with a 30% commission.
:::::: WHEN I ACCEPT TF* WORK, as I sometimes do, you as the photographer and I as the model will mutually agree to a concept for the shoot. We will both have equal input as the shoot is in progress. I will, at minimum, receive a digital copy (as in save them on a disk or a zip drive so that I may transfer them to my computer) of every raw image. You as the photographer and I as the model will share and have equal rights to any and all images produced from the shoot. We are each free to do anything we want to with the photos.
