Hello,
I'm the creative director for a creative video production studio in KC and we have been contracted to do an initial video/photography project resulting in 8 short film style videos and photos for a sport luxury national car broker. I'm looking for models/actors in and around the Kansas City & Joplin areas who are looking for a killer video for their portfolio. At the bottom of the message there will be a link to an example of the style of video we will be producing (only significantly shorter because no one pays attention that long).
The shoot will include you interacting and driving cars like BMW M3 & M5, Mercedes AMGs, Chevy Corvette's & Camaro's, Ford Mustang, Shelby GT 500, Land Rover Range Rover Supercharged, etc. The shoots will mostly take place in two places, first the Joplin Airport and surrounding roads during a millionaire's VIP invite only party with professional catering, bar, concert, professional fireworks display, and private air show including a fighter jet. The second shoot will most likely be in Kansas City driving around, in a penthouse, scenic view points, etc.
The roles I am looking to fill are 50's executive, successful, thin and cut looking male (silver fox) & female. Confident, successful, thin and, and cut looking late 20's to mid 30's looking male & female. And finally, skinny, cut, and extremely attractive late to mid 20's looking trophy wives. All younger female roles will preferably have a more exotic European appearance.
Due to the extreme production costs (for those of you who have done video shoots, we will be using RED camera rigs that are used in almost every blockbuster movie), and the fact that this is a pilot project for a new but serious player who his trying to rival Mercedes, BMW, and Cadillac commercials, these will be TF gigs. Transport will not be provided and wardrobe responsibility will fall on the talent. We are planning on having a makeup artist at both locations and are flexible on the Kansas City shoots.
Though this initial shoot is TF, those actors/models that carry themselves and perform well will be added to my goto list and considered for all future paid shots. This is a huge opportunity to add an amazing piece to your portfolio. You will be free to take part in the VIP party when not required for the shoot and there will also be an after party for crew & talent.
For those of you interested, I'm also looking for someone(s) with extreme outgoing personality and people skills to also act as an MC for the party and bump shoulders with a wide selection of millionaires. Also, I'm looking for an actor or model with acting skills from the Kansas City area to step up as a coach for the less experienced models/actors that I can use in my future productions. We already have an extremely talented actor/model, Scott Lucas, who assists us with this and coordinating talent for a higher pay level and I'd like to have a second as he for projects like this that he is unavailable for.
There will be no voice capture necessary unless yours stands out and meets the quality required. Otherwise we will be using voice actors for voice overs.

Once I have made my final choices and confirmed them with the art director and team we will discuss wardrobe, roles, and logistics.
