About me......

I have been working to continually improve my photography skills for the last decade. I don’t believe anyone can truly be an expert; all we can hope is that with each shoot we gain a better understanding of our art and gain a little more technical experience.

As a photographer my chosen speciality is the male form.

Comparing and contrasting a male body with the human built environment, particularly environments in various stages of decay, provides me with endless inspiration whether I am aiming for dark and reflective, optimistic and hopeful or challenging and thought provoking work.

While I love working in the studio, I gain the greatest satisfaction from working outdoors and maximising the opportunity to use natural daylight.

My work ranges form conceptual work that tries to challenge conventional photography “rules” through commercial work for advertising to individual portfolio work for models and profile work for individuals.
