Allen Birnbach

For as long as I have been shooting, I've always balanced client assignments with personal projects. Invariably, I am drawn back to working with the figure, either in studio or on location, and these images have been acknowledged in numerous award shows and gallery exhibitions. I look forward to collaborating with models who bring enthusiasm. thoughtfulness and a sense of play to the shoots, and I am open to working with new talent who have those qualities.

In general, I work on the basis on trade for services on personal work. I will provide either prints or a CD of images, or trade images you need for your portfolio in exchange for images I want to produce. All this is agreed to in advance, and a model release is signed to confirm our arrangement, and protect your rights. Should there be potential commercial value, we would sign another release that would guarantee fees for you. Fair is fair.

One last thing. Your sense of wellbeing and security is paramount to us creating good work together. So you are always welcome to bring someone along to the shoot if you so desire.
