My heroes are the camera crew and the electricians. They work such long hours.
think they'd be very proud of what we've done. We honor them as they were fantastic human beings. My folks were the greatest folks a man could ever want, and my brothers were terrific. I wish and hope that they looking down on us would be very happy with what we've accomplished.
And you would accept the seasons of your heart just as you have always accepted that seasons pass over your fields and you would watch with serenity through the winters of your grief.
If the cruelties of slavery could not stop us, the opposition we now face will surely fail. Because the goal of America is freedom, abused and scorned tho' we may be, our destiny is tied up with America's destiny.
I just have to get used to it. The outfield grass is different than the infield grass. I learned that. I did well for my first time. I had fun out there.
