Hi there!
My name is Franchesca. I am a model who is venturing into something I've always dreamed of doing! I am looking for dedicated, professional and of course gorgeous girls to be a part of a new company. I am starting up a new management team for elite models!
I now have an investor and the help of my friends, who founded myspace, to help me launch my dream team.
Our management group includes a few well known music artist, proffesional fighters and, MY main focus in this, my MODELS!
If you look at my resume you can see that I am fortunate to work with great brands... and plan on sharing my connections with my girls! I also plan on getting my girls ABC cards and a basic bartending course to bartend at events ( great money), body painted gigs if comfortable ( even better money!), promotional work, gogo gigs( trained dance required!), ring girls at fights, videos, tv and print!
My plan only includes 12 girls and I have ten already amazing professional models.
My model requirements:

- work out regularly
- great attitude
- good work ethic
- NO DRINKING /DRUGS on the job!!!!!
I've been in this industry for some time and I have learned the ropes in the process. I plan on having GREAT PAY for my girls which is why I am being extremely picky about who I choose to be a part of this! There are mediocre girls booking jobs for free or next to nothing, which makes getting good paying gigs so difficult to book! This is why I am choosing girls with GREAT ATTITUDES, TAKE PRIDE IN THERE APPEARANCE AND ARE PROFESIONAL AT ALL TIMES, so my clients have no regret in what paying my rates!
