NOTE: I am casting three models, one for artistic nudes (nominal fee paid), and two for fashion/glamour styled shoots (TF).
The next regular meeting of the Toronto area branch of the Professional Photographers of Canada will be on Monday October 24 in Hamilton. We will be hosting a workshop led by a superb Ottawa based pro photographer who specializes in beauty, glamour, fashion and fine art. The meeting will be hosted in a historic building featuring a unique and huge indoor space. Our speaker will first be giving a lecture, and then working with different models on four different sets that we are creating for the event. Afterwards, the meeting attendees, all of whom are either pro photographers or registered in an approved full-time post-secondary photography program, will be given the opportunity to work with the models on these sets.
We have already cast the models for one of the four sets, and are seeking models for the other three sets. We need:
(A) One young adult female model, who can supply stylish wardrobe, for a fashion styled shoot. TF terms.
(B) One young adult female model for a glamour styled shoot on a set featuring a motorcycle or small vintage sports car. Model to supply appropriate wardrobe. TF terms.
(C) One young adult female model for artistic fine art nudes, on a bath/shower themed set. Compensation will be a nominal fee plus images.
This is a full day event. Several dozen local pro photographers are expected to attend, in addition to our guest speaker. We have secured sponsorship from several local suppliers to the pro photography market. For the right models, this will be both, an excellent networking opportunity, and an opportunity to acquire some high quality images for your portfolio.
If you are interested in modelling for this event, I can provide more information regarding our speaker, the location, etc. Please contact me only if you are mature, at least 18YO, dependable, available during the day on Monday October 24, have access to transportation, can provide the required wardrobe, and above all, are prepared to give us your full and firm commitment.
