About Me
Hey there! Thanks for visiting my Model Mayhem profile! Please feel free to send a friend request, but if I don't know you, you may not be accepted unless you comment on or list a photo, or leave a tag on my profile.
I'm a professional actress and model looking to network with other models and photographers! I am hoping to find good work from skilled photographers that I otherwise would not have the pleasure of working with if I had not joined Mayhem.
I started dancing when I was three years old, which is where I first found my love for performing. In the sixth grade, I began to participate in musicals and school plays, and I got bit by "the acting bug", and specifically fell in love with the idea of one day performing on Broadway.
I've played a variety of different roles over the years throughout the DC/ MD/ VA area; but the top three favorite musical roles of mine were playing Sandy in Grease (Adventure Theatre MTC), Mimi in RENT! (Theater Unlimited DC), and Eponine in Les Miserables (Act Two @ Levine).
I had my professional film debut when I was fourteen years old, with a one liner ("Nice Car!") in the movie "My One and Only", starring Renee Zellweger, Logan Lerman, Mark Rendall, and Kevin Bacon.
In 2012, I had my professional stage debut at The Keegan Theatre in Washington DC, in the musical "Spring Awakening" playing a character named "Anna". Directly following Spring Awakening, I got to appear in The Keegan Theatre's production of "August: Osage County" playing a fourteen year old rebellious pothead teenager named "Jean".
I am now a Junior at The University of the Arts in Philadelphia, PA, pursuing a BFA degree in Musical Theater. There, I study voice under the instruction of Dr. Patricia Raine, dance, and various acting methods, combined with a liberal arts curriculum.
In 2012, I randomly fell into modeling when a few photographers insisted on shooting with me after seeing my headshots, and I realized that modeling could be another field of interest for me in addition to acting and performing.
Since that discovery, I have been working non-stop, networking and learning as much as I can. I have modeled for the clothing lines, "Colored Vintage" on Etsy, "Krissy's Klozet" based out of Hyattsville, Maryland, for the beauty and hair salon "Beauty at your Door" located in Bethesda, Maryland, for various freelance photographers in Maryland, DC, and Philadelphia, and most recently for "Mariner Magazine".
I am hoping to do more fashion and pin-up shoots. I am also hoping to be apart of more dynamic and creative shoots. I love a good theme. I am friendly, energetic, and very open minded- as long as you are respectful, sweet, and creatively sound, we should get along just fine!
However, there are a few NO-NO's! :
1) Please do not try to bargain with me. I am not into someone saying, well, if I pay you 25 dollars more per hour, will you consider nudity? Automatically, done, so please respect my boundaries.
2) Please try to type coherently if you send me a message. Understandably, it can be a little hard to take someone seriously if t he y tipe lik this. You get it.
3) If you set up a shoot, I clear that day in my calendar, and do not apply for any other gigs on that date. Please do not waste my time, and I won't waste yours!
4) I expect professionalism while shooting. There is a difference between saying, "Yeah, Lynds, that's sexy" (in a respectful manner, of course, a photographer can say nearly anything to me!) and "Oh GOD you're so fucking HOT" whilst licking your lips or saying, "Oh got a real nice accident shot up your skirt! There's the good stuff!", or "Oh yeah I'll be touching myself looking at that last image later." (Yes these are all things that have been said to me).......If there is any kind of behavior like that, chances are I will not work with you again.
Shoot me a message if you are interested in working with me! I'm open to any ideas that you may have! Comment on my photos, give me some feedback! Also feel free to google search me, watch some of my musical performances on Youtube, or follow me on Instagram @ lyndzisays2 .
Photographers and Companies offering paid shoots should feel free to contact me as well, either with the set rate of the shoot, or to ask for my rates (varies depending on travel, wardrobe, make up, etc).
Over the past few months, I have accepted a dozen TFP shoots. I welcome and appreciate messages to share ideas, and express interest in working together, but I can't guarantee that I will accept any TFP offers; however, they WILL absolutely be considered on a case by case basis.
I am flattered by the interest shown in hiring me for acting jobs, but I cannot consider any kind of TF or Unpaid acting work. Paid acting assignments only.

Deforest Photography #1629374 (Incredibly rude, unprofessional, and patronizing)
Street star photos: solicits you for a shoot, and then asks to be paid when his portfolio isnt at an incredible level of professional quality. If your portfolio isn't good (over exposed, bad angles, bad camera)- then please don't message me and then ask to be paid. I only do free work with fantastic photographers- and I don't pay unless the quality is out of this world.
Sinful Illusions: #278166 (Disrespectful, Unprofessional, and Violates Contract Terms.)
