I do anything from minor touch-ups to full-blown reconstructions. Prices reasonable, always negotiable, dependant on my interest in the subject, to time taken and time available. I won't share your pictures anymore than I'd expect you to do the same to mine. Oh yes, I also take pictures! It's all about the art.
