When inquiring to us, please provide information such as:
What type of shoot is it going to be?
How much you will be paying for the shoot? (I'm a little above the industries standard price, depending on the shoot). If it’s a shared content shoot where both companies get original masters, the price is lower and negotiated.
Where will the shoot be located at?
Guidelines:
I do not travel outside of Montreal unless ALL ACCOMODATIONS and TRAVEL is paid for. This only applies if I need to go out of my way for one or two companies.
I only do Shared Content for any internet website shoots. I will need the Right of Content for my website.
On paid photo shoots, I would like a copy of the photos for my personal use (NOT for re-sale which as stated in the contract). I have been doing this with everyone to date, and have had no problems with that.
I deal with my personal Manager who you will call on my behalf.
I will do TFP shoots, as long as I get original copies of the pictures and a share of the rights to use the photos for my website. Please understand that if a paying shoot comes up, it will take precedence.
If you're going to contact us, and we respond back, please have the decency to call back and not just ignore the fact that I contacted you. If you don't reply back, we will assume you are a scam and report you as a FAKE/FRAUD. So, please, serious companies ONLY.
All booking and cancellations need to be done by both a “phone call” and “email” to confirm.
We view our bookings like a contract. We can not pass on a potential booking because we are currently committed, and then have the original commitment cancel at the last minute. We hope you will honor whatever agreement you made with us. We will do the same.
I want to have the rights to sell DVD's from our site, but have my fans pay the distributor or the company itself. They will in turn pays me for selling it from my web site.
Please Note: My Manager (or another designated representative) comes to my shoots with me.

* If you are a company out of town and not well known with no history then dont bother to ask. Its to risky. You may as well come to montreal and rent a studio as I always bring someone with me to my shoots. I do look into company backgrounds and contact authorities if needed.
