Whilst photography is not my paid occupation, I have been taking photographs for more years than I care to remember. I have even taught photography. For the last 8 years or so, I have done a lot of studio work – something over forty sessions. Whilst I don’t have a permanent studio, I have access to a number of rentable, public, properties and using all my own equipment, transform these into a working studio. I will also like doing outside sessions as required. I also have some experience working in professional studios.

My main photographic interest is fashion, beauty and portrait, but I have also done lingerie and implied nude. For my own needs, I am not really interested in standard shots, but look to produce shots that bring out the character of the model using great lighting and where required good propping. I use my pictures mainly for competition, exhibition and some unpaid editorial. I am happy to help any model or MUA requiring photos for their portfolios on a TFP/CD basis, as long as they are willing to help me in my portfolio.

A typical session would be between two to four hours and maybe a number of sets tried out. Each session can produce between 50 and a 100 or more shots. I have a lot of experience but always learning and wanting to try something new.
As I don’t normally have stylist etc. for this TFP work so I assume that any models will be able to provide suitable attire and great makeup etc. I do have a few contacts able to do MU and hair so we can always discuss this.
