I'm a Singapore-based independent photographer. Growing up, I was exposed to cameras, photography and even videography. From film to even the quintessential Polaroids, there was always picture-taking in parks and attractions and during festive occasions.

This developed naturally into an affinity for photography. I still have vivid memories of my first film camera, a Pentax Zoom and would go around just taking shots of landscapes, objects and people. As a student then, it was a pinch in the pocket whenever photos did not turn out well. But I felt immense joy and satisfaction when the shots came out great. That made me more determined to improve my proficiency.

Since then, I progressed to one of the earliest digital cameras in the market - a 3.2 megapixel Canon PowerShot S20 and stayed on with digital compact cameras until a friend opened my eyes to the world of DSLR! I'm proud to say that I now own 2 Canon EOS DSLR cameras and other related equipment. As technology evolves, so have my technique and style.

While I'm keen to develop in all aspects of photography, I take particular interest in portraits, products and landscapes. So far, I've taken part in some local magazines and event shoots and been commissioned for commercial projects.
